The office Assistant Manager is the best! She is very understanding and considerate. She helped me set up my Flex rent account right when I needed it! The maintenance crew is very responsive as well. I've lived her a year and all issue were resolved timely. The pool and amenities are beautiful too. I highly recommend moving here!

I am impressed with the new property management company that took over late last year. They are kind, responsive, and have really made The Clifford an inviting and comfortable place to call home. Their move in specials and recently renovated apartments are gorgeous! I am excited to see what this next year looks like while everyone adjusts to the fundamental upgrades.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful. Any issues are handled quickly, and communication has been clear and professional. The apartments are comfortable and nicely kept, and the amenities are a big plus. Overall, it’s a safe and welcoming place to live, and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great home.

Thankfully there are kind-hearted and capable individuals who make it their personal commitment to create an engaging, balanced and supportive residential community. I APPRECIATE Rainey, Mitzey and team for their welcoming approach to planning and executing on the Resident Mixer Event held this past 11/15/25. Announcements were delivered well in advance, preparations were sound and the engagement was organic. 10/10. As I walked back to my apartment, I made sure to point out what was going on in the clubhouse. Fantastic work team!

I had been having some maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and all the while the community was changing management. I want to thank Freddy for getting my kitchen sink unclogged and the disposal up and running again. Thank you, as well, for patching the holes behind the bathroom sink. You were quick and very efficient. I believe that the energy of the complex is working hard to be a better place to live. Thank you all for all of your diligent work. 💜

First, I want to shout out Alanys in the leasing office. She was a great tour guide and she had a pleasant disposition. I also liked the property, the unit and the amenities I viewed during the tour. Ultimately, I went with a different community for other reasons but I was left with a good first impression of The Clifford.

The dishwasher was out when I moved in on July 1st 2025 it took until early September to get it replaced the lead time was ridiculous, However, once I made the second request, it was taken care of promptly and the maintenance staff was extremely professional well mannered, clean and completed the job less than 10 minutes, cleaned up any mess that was left behind and was all around. Great experience. I would give the experience five stars if I didn’t have to make a second request

I’ve lived here two years, and have had no issues. Maybe certain units did They are under new management. Management and Maintenance are great and always help right away. The size is great for the price and I have two large balconies. Overall I think it’s a place you should check out for yourself and remind yourself usually the only time ppl write reviews is when they are upset. But that’s just my experience I have no complaints other than no elevators.

As I've been here in the late 90's and left by 08' I've recently have come back to AZ.. May I say AZ has changed dramatically since then and so has The Cliffords. It was a real rundown of an apt place in my early days, bit now all I cam say I wow. The new mgmt that took over have revamped this place by 200% the floor plans ugh amazing the med. 1 bd room is a must have..I graciously was about to remt here but unfortunately lost my main job. Staff here are amazing but aren't shy to be totally honest about what is what..business bro it's just business. The location is somewhat not it's greatest place to be set on but there's plenty to do for shopping,eating, and family fun at golf land. Batteries are not included but gosh darn, they'll be happy to let you have some.
