I enjoy living at the Clifford there is no assigned parking which is the best and there are plenty of shaded parking spots. The pool is beautiful and there is a dog park, basketball court, volleyball area, and playground at this apartment. My neighbors are respectful and quiet and I feel like my rent is reasonable for the price. I would def recommend these apartment no roaches here.

I’ve lived here since September 2025, and my experience has been nothing but positive. I only looked at a few places when I was searching, but something kept bringing me back to The Clifford and I’m really glad it did. The management team is absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been quick to respond and always willing to help, which has made living here stress-free and enjoyable. The property is well-maintained, and the location is one of the biggest perks. It’s in a great area with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, and just about everything you could need, making day-to-day life incredibly convenient. As someone who has rented here for a while, I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for their first rental experience as well as those searching for a long-term place to call home. The combination of excellent management, a great location, and a welcoming community makes it an easy choice. I’m very happy I chose to live here and would confidently recommend it to friends, family, or anyone looking for a place they can truly feel comfortable calling home! Plus as you can see in the photo I attached we get some pretty good views!!

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and pay 1150 for a 1bed 1bath, I love the 2 balconies. My experience living here has been good. Dryers in the laundry mat have never worked properly so I go across the street to the coinless laundry mat. Entire Complex is very well kept and other residents are very respectful and courteous when it comes to the shared spaces. Also, Maintenance requests get responded to usually within 1-2 days.

Community is full of wonderful people the kids are all well mannered and love to be outside together as we have multiple pools, a park, greenery n multiple near by parks. The community is clean, maintenance is fast, professional and friendly, the office staff are all very sweet and helpful especially during move in. When you call you can actually get a hold of someone which is nice I feel like most people at other complexes don’t answer. I have not seen one roach on the property of in my unit and that’s a big one with me I will give the apartment to the roach lol. I love the lay out of the unit and I got a steal of a deal moving in!!!! Love the staff love the maintenance team and love the property and the community within honestly have referred and had 2 people move in just in the 2.5 months I’ve been here and they are in love with it as well!! 10/10 recommend to family and friends

Very happy with the treatment from this property. I’ve had no bugs. I have green grass. I see happy families here in the pool every single day! The park on property was a huge thing. There’s two pools, a cool gym, a massive dog park, and it’s clean. I’m so happy I have two patios too. One on the east side of my unit, and one on the west side.

i love it here, the staff has been beyond friendly and helpful and welcoming. It’s quiet and calm but if you’re looking for more noise there’s plenty of options for hosting with multiple pools throughout the entire complex or the lounge room with a huge party size table and ping pong and fußball tables upstairs, and not to mention all of my neighbors have been so kind and willing to help any time i’ve needed help moving something i couldn’t move on my own

The office Assistant Manager is the best! She is very understanding and considerate. She helped me set up my Flex rent account right when I needed it! The maintenance crew is very responsive as well. I've lived her a year and all issue were resolved timely. The pool and amenities are beautiful too. I highly recommend moving here!

I APPRECIATE Rainey, Mitzey and team for their welcoming approach to planning and executing on the Resident Mixer Event held this past 11/15/25. Announcements were delivered well in advance, preparations were sound and the engagement was organic. 10/10. As I walked back to my apartment, I made sure to point out what was going on in the clubhouse. Fantastic work team!

The dishwasher was out when I moved in on July 1st 2025 it took until early September to get it replaced the lead time was ridiculous, However, once I made the second request, it was taken care of promptly and the maintenance staff was extremely professional well mannered, clean and completed the job less than 10 minutes, cleaned up any mess that was left behind and was all around. Great experience. I would give the experience five stars if I didn’t have to make a second request

I’ve lived here two years, and have had no issues. Maybe certain units did They are under new management. Management and Maintenance are great and always help right away. The size is great for the price and I have two large balconies. Overall I think it’s a place you should check out for yourself and remind yourself usually the only time ppl write reviews is when they are upset. But that’s just my experience I have no complaints other than no elevators.

As I've been here in the late 90's and left by 08' I've recently have come back to AZ.. May I say AZ has changed dramatically since then and so has The Cliffords. It was a real rundown of an apt place in my early days, bit now all I cam say I wow. The new mgmt that took over have revamped this place by 200% the floor plans ugh amazing the med. 1 bd room is a must have..I graciously was about to remt here but unfortunately lost my main job. Staff here are amazing but aren't shy to be totally honest about what is what..business bro it's just business. The location is somewhat not it's greatest place to be set on but there's plenty to do for shopping,eating, and family fun at golf land. Batteries are not included but gosh darn, they'll be happy to let you have some.

I have found the staff to be very helpful. After several of pest control trying to rid the roaches they went and had my apartment serviced for it. Now I have no problems with the roaches. The assistant manager was very patient and helped figure out how to pay my rent when I couldn't, even though she had follow procedures. I love my apartment. It is bright and spacious compared to my last one.
